Who am I?

In 2018, I was diagnosed with a meningioma brain tumour the size of small orange. My only treatment was surgery to remove it in it's entirety. From that moment on, I made a promise to myself that if I survived and made a full recovery, I would dedicate my life to helping other people overcome trauma, remove obstacles and limiting beliefs, enabling them to live their best life.

I have spent all my time since then, working on my own trauma healing, gaining knowledge through courses and qualifications and practicing my skills as a coach and counsellor with my nearest and dearest.

I have discovered a lot about myself on this journey, identifying traumas that I didn't even realise were holding me back. Overcoming them has released me from my personal negative talk, my limiting beliefs and above all, given me the confidence to go forward and achieve my goals. With my experience and knowledge, I can help you do the same.

Treatments

A Unique Approach

Coaching / Counselling

Talk therapy is a psychological treatment where a person discusses their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours with a trained professional to identify and change unhealthy patterns.

I can offer this service at £50 per session (1 hour) or as a prepayment package of 6 or 12 sessions. If the prepayment package is chosen, i will deduct the cost of the initial consultation.

Reiki Therapy

This is a hands-on or hands-off body treatment that leaves patients feeling relaxed and renewed. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.

Reiki will be sent to you remotely and will be charged at £25.00, payable prior to the Reiki healing being sent.

Essential Oil Therapy - Education

This can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being. Essential oils are nature's 1st Aid supplies.

This service is provided as educational information to assist you with improving your health the natural way. This is charged at £15.00 for one session.

Spiritual Counselling

This is provided in a safe and nurturing space for you to explore your inner self, guiding you on your spiritual journey, helping you find clarity, peace, and purpose.

This provided as part of the tailor-made therapy package included in in the same pricing package as the coach/counselling.
